What is the recommended dosage?
1-2 Tablespoons a day. Start with 1 tbsp if you're new to intaking seamoss gel.

When does Seamoss gel expire?
Refrigerated up to 6 weeks max. Frozen up to 3 months. Recommended to consume flavor gels that contain fresh fruit within 4 weeks. Close lid tightly after every usage.
